Description
These delicious air fryer salmon bites are seasoned to perfection with honey, garlic, and more and make a perfect snack, appetizer, or even a meal!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. salmon, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Cooking spray
- Optional: Scallions, for garnish
- Optional: 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, and sesame oil (if using).
- Add the salmon cubes to the mixing bowl and toss until all of the pieces are coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge. Let the salmon marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes, up to 3 hours.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400℉.
- Once the air fryer is preheated, spray it down with cooking spray and place the salmon cubes in the basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400℉ for 7 minutes. When the salmon is finished, it should be cooked through (internal temp of 145°F) and slightly charred around the edges.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with scallions.
