Description

These delicious air fryer salmon bites are seasoned to perfection with honey, garlic, and more and make a perfect snack, appetizer, or even a meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. salmon, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional: Scallions, for garnish
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, and sesame oil (if using).
  2. Add the salmon cubes to the mixing bowl and toss until all of the pieces are coated.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge.  Let the salmon marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes, up to 3 hours.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400.
  5. Once the air fryer is preheated, spray it down with cooking spray and place the salmon cubes in the basket in a single layer.  Air fry at 400 for 7 minutes.  When the salmon is finished, it should be cooked through (internal temp of 145°F) and slightly charred around the edges.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with scallions.
