Description

These soft, gooey Cinnamon Rolls are next-level delicious! Buttery dough, a sweet cinnamon swirl, and creamy cream cheese frosting… what’s not to love?


Ingredients

For the Dough

  • 4½ cups bread flour
  • 2¼ teaspoons: (1 pack) instant yeast
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cup whole milk, warm
  • â…“ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg, at room temperature

For the Filling:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • â…› teaspoon salt

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tablespoons milk
