Description

This garlic butter salmon is a simple and flavorful dish that comes together in just 20 minutes. The rich and creamy garlic butter sauce perfectly complements the tender and flaky salmon, making it a sure-fire hit for any dinner table.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (68 oz each)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Pat salmon dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Rub the mixture onto the salmon fillets.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter for about 20-30 seconds until fully melted. Stir in minced garlic and lemon juice, then let it sit for a minute to allow the flavors to infuse.
  5. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and evenly drizzle the garlic butter over the top.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 140°F.
  7. Optional: broil for 2 minutes for a golden, slightly crispy finish.
  8. Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with fresh parsley to garnish.
