Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup almond slivers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the green beans on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the sauce over the beans and toss to coat evenly. Scatter the cranberries and almond slivers over the top.
  4. Bake for 15-25 minutes (depending on the thickness of the beans), or until the green beans are tender and the sauce has thickened slightly.
