Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins, 1lb-1.5lb each
- 1.5 tbs ground coffee
- 1.5 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- zest of 1 orange
Instructions
- Trim pork tenderloins of any excess fat or silver skin.
- In a small bowl, mix ground coffee, brown sugar, salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, cinnamon and cocoa.
- Brush pork on all sides with olive oil and rub with the seasoning mixture.
- Add orange zest to the top side of each tenderloin.
- Place in a preheated air fryer at 400°F on air fry setting for 17-20 minutes or until internal temperature of 145°F when measured with an instant-read thermometer in the center of the tenderloin. No need to turn or flip meat during cooking.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
