Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins, 1lb-1.5lb each
  • 1.5 tbs ground coffee
  • 1.5 tbs brown sugar
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • zest of 1 orange

Instructions

  1. Trim pork tenderloins of any excess fat or silver skin.
  2. In a small bowl, mix ground coffee, brown sugar, salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, cinnamon and cocoa.
  3. Brush pork on all sides with olive oil and rub with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Add orange zest to the top side of each tenderloin.
  5. Place in a preheated air fryer at 400°F on air fry setting for 17-20 minutes or until internal temperature of 145°F when measured with an instant-read thermometer in the center of the tenderloin. No need to turn or flip meat during cooking.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
