Description

Expertly seasoned and perfectly cooked boneless pork chops in your air fryer. We’ll use a few simple steps and ingredients, along with medium-thickness, boneless pork chops to make a juicy, mouthwatering meal.


Ingredients

  • 11.5lbs boneless pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick (34 pork chops)
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher or coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp thyme, dried
  • 1/2 tsp basil, dried
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbs olive oil

Instructions

  1. Brush pork chops with olive oil.
  2. Mix seasonings and apply to both sides of the pork chops. Press the seasonings in with your hand.  
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F
  4. Place pork chops in preheated air fryer in a single layer (do not stack) and use the air fry setting at 400° for 6-8 minutes or until internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 140°F. Do not flip.
  5. Remove pork chops to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes. The internal temperature will continue to rise to the desired 145°F.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Flipping pork chops of this thickness is not necessary. The air fryer will circulate the heated air around the pork chops and they’ll cook perfectly. 

Thicker pork chops will take longer. Pork chops of 1″ – 1.5″ thick can take as long as 10-16 minutes. Monitor internal temperature with an instant-read food thermometer for best results. Remove pork chops when internal temperature reaches 140°F.
