These air fryer stuffed mushrooms will be one of your new favorite appetizers! Baby bella mushrooms are stuffed with a flavorful three-cheese filling and topped with crispy breadcrumbs and fresh herbs for a delicious bite-sized snack.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces baby bella brown mushrooms
- 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- ¼ cup regular breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel, remove stems, and set the caps aside.
- In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and parsley until smooth.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the prepared cheese mixture evenly using a spoon and top with the breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F. Place mushrooms in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy serving it immediately.
