Description
A sweet and vibrant salsa that’s perfect for chips or great served over seafood, chicken or pork.
Ingredients
- 2 mangoes, diced
- 1/2 pint of strawberries, diced
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 tbs fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
