Your New Favorite Non-Alcoholic Raspberry Mojito

A traditional Cuban drink, the mojito is the perfect drink to enjoy in the summer heat. With its vibrant blend of fresh mint and zesty lime, it perfectly captures the spirit of sunshine and warm, breezy days.

However, not everyone wants the traditional splash of white rum that typically comes with it.

This virgin raspberry mojito recipe blends the bold flavors of muddled raspberries, fresh mint, lime juice, and a hint of agave syrup. What you get is a deliciously satisfying non-alcoholic mojito that is just as refreshing and delicious, all while keeping your health goals in check.

    Ingredients for raspberry nojito mocktail.

    Ingredients

    • Raspberries: Fresh and juicy raspberries add a burst of natural sweetness and a beautiful red color to your mojito.
    • Mint leaves: Bring a refreshing aroma and classic mojito flavor to every sip.
    • Lime juice: Tart and zesty lime juice balances the sweetness and gives the drink its signature tangy kick.
    • Agave syrup: A touch of sweetness to enhance the flavors, making the mocktail perfectly balanced. You can also use plain simple syrup instead.
    • Ice cubes: Keeps your drink cold and refreshing, perfect for a hot day.
    • Sparkling water: Adds a fizzy finish, tying all the ingredients together for a light and refreshing mocktail. Use plain or lime flavor!

How to Make a Raspberry Nojito

    1. In a tall glass, combine raspberries, mint leaves, lime juice, and syrup. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently muddle everything together—just enough to release the juices and oils without tearing the mint too much.
    2. Fill the glass all the way up with ice.
    3. Top it off with sparkling water and give it a gentle stir to mix everything together.
    4. Add a little flair with a mint sprig, a couple of raspberries, and a lime wheel on top. Sip, enjoy, and relax!

Sip Your Raspberry Nojito with a Meal

Nothing is better than a refreshing beverage to complement a delicious meal. Pair your raspberry nojito mocktail with a vibrant summer salad like this Air Fryer Hot Honey Chicken Summer Salad or Watermelon Feta Salad.

    Storage

If you find yourself with leftover raspberry nojito, it can easily be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days. Note that you’ll have better results if you store the mocktail pre-mixed. The sparkling water will lose its fizz quickly if mixed too far in advance.
