How to Make Watermelon Juice
Ingredients:
- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
Instructions:
- Add the watermelon cubes to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Pour the blended watermelon through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl or pitcher to remove the pulp. Use the back of a spoon to press out as much juice as possible.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in a sealed container.
How to Make a Watermelon Tajin Mocktail
- To start, pour some TajÃn into a shallow dish, then rub a lime wedge around the rim of a glass. Dip the rim into the TajÃn to coat. Set aside.
- Next, in a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, muddle a few jalapeño slices with some fresh lime juice.
- Pour the watermelon juice and a little agave syrup into the shaker. Give it a good stir to mix everything together.
- Fill up your TajÃn-rimmed glass with ice, then pour in the watermelon mixture.
- Top it off with sparkling water and garnish however you like. Cheers!

Storage
This mocktail recipe makes one serving, but you can double or triple it if you need more. Just pour it into a sealable glass jug or bottle and keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Pro Tip
Make sure to give it a good shake before pouring since the ingredients might settle. Also: don’t let it sit too long, or the sparkling water might lose its fizz!
